Founded and directed by Bill O’Neill, BOND Projects is a Canberra based Property Development Company specialising in boutique residential developments.
Bill and his family have strong roots in Canberra, having lived here for five generations. He has a vested interest in seeing Canberra develop into an internationally renowned capital city. His vast experience in development started in 2003 with a single residential greenfield block in Harrison. This experience has grown over time into the development of sought after sites of up to 95 dwellings. This has given him insight into what his buyers are truly looking for.
BOND Projects has contributed to a new era in Canberra’s development evolution. We work with award winning and industry leading designers, consultants and builders to ensure each project sets a new benchmark for suburban living. With every carefully selected site, the utmost importance is given to the goal of achieving a product that is at the forefront of design and is the right fit for the surburb in which it resides. This, coupled with inclusions of superior quality, creates a feeling of luxury in every dwelling which we offer to the market.
We have a host of suburban boutique developments on both greenfield sites (such as the Reserve at Moncrieff) and suburban infill projects (such as Grace in Dickson and Porter Road in Melbourne). There are exciting new projects in the pipeline coming soon to the inner north and inner south of Canberra that we are looking forward to unveiling in the near future.
“What sets BOND apart is the unmistakable collaboration and partnering of a very select group of experienced local agents, architects, interior designers, builders and BOND’s overarching ability to bring all of this seamlessly together. There is an unsatisfied niche in the market of Gen-Y first home buyers, baby boomer ‘downsizers’ and savvy investors seeking higher quality in a boutique package. BOND fills that gap with a product that offers a sophisticated level of design, finishes and fixtures, set in a space that is personal and inviting from both the buildings exterior and from the moment you take your first steps inside the dwelling.”
